• Site development planning and project definition of major and minor built environment projects.

11 years Public sector experience in major new construction, extension and revision and minor modifications and changes. Brief taking, scope definition and design and development of:-

• Major Defence projects for United States Airforce in the UK ranging from support services such as officers quarters and sports facilities to primary defence construction including Molesworth Cruise Missile Site.

• Scope definition and design development of special needs projects for historic buildings and ancient monuments.
